b5- business card and tag mockups

Trying a couple of variations, the insignia with the fill and the outlines. If the outlines work well then it could be something that is unique for the swing tags. Before trying the foil I got a range of different coloured stocks from craft wise, these are matched to what Bryony requested.

The foils that I used were blue, champagne and black. The method used was printing on the laser printers then sticking the foil to the paper and heat pressing the foil on, the foil fuses with the pigment on the paper which creates the foiled affect.

The business card mock up is triplexed as such, it has a dark brown base with each side light grey with black foil.

The black foil worked by far the best out of all the three colours, also looking back the dark blue stock that was used was printed using the same settings as light grey paper. Before exposing a screen and using glue on this card I am going to print onto it, setting the printer up for a heavier stock.

Bryony is very pleased with the outcome of the both the swing tags and the business cards. As the business card has details that I entered I am going to ask Bryony what details she would like on the cards and start as soon as possible with the production of them.
