b4- type treatment development

Looking at previous years hand book and the brief; the hand book is predominantly typographic which is why a more typographic approach to the look of the book is ideal. Creating type that is interesting and varied which compliments the graphic elements of the diagrams is key. Visually engaging the reader both through print and off a screen.

Starting with a solid display typeface Din, experimenting with how the the letters could sit on the page trying to bring the letters from the page almost, adding an extra dimension.

Trying some letters at a larger scale, basic structure. Detail can be added to make the type more interesting.
