From the meeting Bryony was able to answer my question of how many garments that she is making, which helps decipher the content for the look book. I showed everything to Bryony and came away with a couple of things that I can work on. I am pleased that Bryony liked the insignia/ stamp idea as I think that it will go well along side the logotype. Bryony gave me a colour palette that she is using which is very useful as I am able to work with these colours, emphasis on using the bright colours in smaller amounts 'dashes of colour'.
I also pitched the idea of the promo pack as I think it would be a good idea to include something like this for potential fashion shows and taking to boutiques. After a discuss we thought that the look book and promotional pack could be separate items but work together. The look book will include up 24 garments that Bryony has proposed to make and then the promo pack could include a variety of garments or outfits.
Action Plan
- Develop the logotype incorporate slab serifs onto the existing sans serif logotype.
- Refine the format of the look book - look at potential stocks potential mock up for next meet
- Initial layouts for the look book
